The main means of transportation for the people of Campbell ohio is by automobile, which is used by 87% of the population. People also carpool with others and use public means of transportation, such as the bus. There are very few to no people who walk or bicycle around the town of Campbell. This is due to the fact that there are not many side walks or bike routes available to the citizens. Other means of transportation near Campbell are two Amtrak train stations within 30 miles of the city center and one airport that is also 30 miles away from the city.
Even though Campbell is a small town, it is luckily outlined by different state routes and highways. Community residents and businesses are able to enjoy activities outside the city being that they are very close to the Youngstown area. Campbell is surrounded by State Routes 289 and 616, U.S. Route 422, I-680 — which in turn provides access to State Route 11, I-80, I-76, and the Beaver Valley Expressway.

The Western Reserve Transit Authority, commonly known as the WRTA, provides transportation for people in the surrounding counties. The WRTA routes to Tenney Road, in Campbell, along with other near roads in the township and right outside of the township. The WRTA provides a few different services. They include Fixed Route Services, Special Service Transit, Suburban Loop Service, and EasyGo Curb-to-Curb Service.
1. Fixed Route Services : There are a total of fifteen scheduled bus routes along with Nightline, which operates during weekday evening hours.The hours for the fixed route is Monday through Friday during the hours of 6:00am to 7:00pm.
2. Special Service Transit : This service is available to people who are disabled and for seniors 65 years and older. This service is available within the area covered by the fixed bus route. This service runs from Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm. There is a Sunday Option with a specific reservation made.
3. Suburban Loop Service : This service provides fixed routes within the community. Campbell, however, is not listed as apart of this service.
4. EasyGo Service : This service is for Mahoning County communities that allow all residents to have reliable transportation across the county. Anyone in the county can use this service, but it is typically used by individuals who no longer drive. People must register for this service. The Hours of operation are all weekdays between 6:00am and 6:00pm and Saturdays between 8:00am and 4:00pm.

Strengths
The people of Campbell have access to multiple highway routes for travel purposes outside of the town. If people are unable to drive or have no means of their own transportation, there are resources available to them whether they are disabled or need a ride for an event.
Weaknesses
Campbell lacks safe side walks for pedestrians along with poor condition of neighborhood roads. Not many major transportation services travel throughout Campbell; early planning should be made in order to be guaranteed a ride. Caution should be taken when traveling on highways for safety purposes.
